For website projects, payment can be split into three clear stages so the process feels easier to plan, with no surprise invoices along the way. Each stage acts as a natural checkpoint. You will always know what has been completed, what comes next, and when the next payment is due. This keeps the process transparent, manageable, and collaborative.

50% Project Booking Payment This confirms your project scope, reserves your place in our studio calendar, and allows us to begin the strategy, content review, and visual direction. 25% Build Payment Once the visual direction is approved and your core website materials are ready, the next payment begins the build and setup phase. 25% Launch Payment After the included revisions are complete and final approval is given, the remaining balance is due before launch, domain connection, and final handover.
This payment plan is here to make the process feel calm, clear, and manageable. Each stage gives you a natural moment to review, approve, and decide the next step. You stay involved in the process, and we only move forward when the agreed milestone is ready. If your needs change along the way, we can pause or reassess the project at an agreed milestone, following the project terms.
Project Policy
Project Pause & Rescheduling
We understand that small business life can get busy. If we do not receive required content, feedback, or approval within 14 days, your project timeline may be paused. When you are ready to continue, we will do our best to reschedule your project into the next available studio opening. A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the delay and amount of work needed to restart.
Non-Refundable Deposit
The first project booking payment is non-refundable, as it secures your space in our schedule and covers the planning work that begins before design or build starts.
