1. Scope of Motion & Animation Services
Custom animations (The Boutique add-ons) are designed to enhance the storytelling and "Grounded" rhythm of the website.
Standard Motion: Includes basic entrance transitions (fades, slides) and hover effects.
Custom Motion: Includes scroll-triggered transforms, masking reveals, and multi-element sequences as defined in the Project Proposal.
Limitations: Complex 3D modeling, frame-by-frame character animation, or heavy video editing are outside the scope of this agreement unless specifically listed as a line item.
2. Revision Policy & "The Breath" Principle
At Lull Creative, we value intentionality over constant tweaking. To ensure the project remains grounded and on schedule, the following revision policy applies:
Included Revisions: Two (2) rounds of revisions are included in the project fee. A "round" is defined as a consolidated list of feedback provided by the Client.
Animation Refinement: Feedback regarding the "speed," "timing," or "intensity" of custom animations must be provided during these two rounds.
Additional Revisions: Any requests for changes beyond the two included rounds, or changes requested after final approval, will be billed at the designer’s hourly rate of $150 AUD per hour (minimum 1 hour).
3. Technical Platforms & Third-Party Fees
Lull Creative builds specifically on Framer and Canva to empower Client autonomy.
Account Ownership: The Client is responsible for maintaining their own active subscriptions for Framer, Canva, and any custom domain hosting.
Platform Changes: Lull Creative is not responsible for future changes made by third-party platforms (Framer/Canva) to their interface, pricing, or feature availability after the project has been delivered.
4. Post-Delivery Support (The 14-Day Window)
Upon final delivery and "Sovereign Territory" transfer, Lull Creative provides a 14-day Support Period.
Included: Fixes for technical bugs, broken links, or minor typos discovered after launch.
Excluded: New design sections, new animations, or structural changes. These will be treated as a new project or billed at the hourly rate.
5. Intellectual Property & Credit
Ownership: Upon final payment, the Client owns the rights to the visual design and website structure.
Credit: Lull Creative reserves the right to display the project in its portfolio and social media as a "Grounded" case study. A small, discrete "Design by Lull Creative" link may be placed in the website footer unless otherwise requested.
Managing "Fussy" Clients:
The "Consolidated List": Never accept feedback via Instagram DM or 10 separate emails. Tell the client: "To keep our process grounded, please put all your thoughts into one list/document for Revision Round 1."
Animation Sign-off: Animations are subjective. When you send a preview, say: "I have set the 'Soft Breath' animation at 1.2 seconds to match your brand's calm rhythm. Let me know if this feels right to you in your feedback list."
The "hourly rate" deterrent: Often, just knowing that the 3rd revision costs $150 makes the client much more decisive and respectful of your time
